Washington State Emergency Management Division (EMD) has provided the names and contact information for state certified trainers in a variety of courses. The database allows agencies and organizations to find approved instructors for federally-sponsored homeland security and emergency management courses.
HSI's trainer database includes Washington State ICS Trainers. These trainers have successfully completed the E-449 or L-449 Train-the-Trainer course.
The 2007 revised version is faster to download, user friendly, and has greater search capabilities.
